These all started life as Word Documents, but I didn't keep them that way because anyone who doesn't have Word would mostly see gibberish. Whenever possible, I changed them into regular html files, because they don't take up much space that way. But one uses fonts that most people don't have, so I converted it into a .pdf file, for which you'll need Adobe's Acrobat Reader, which is free.
