The batteries were dying, so I couldn't get any more of a close-up of this one of a pair of crows

This looked really strange until I realized it was just the root of a tree that had fallen over.

That white thing in the foreground is a winter hat.  I took this near what I believe to be the highest point in the Arb.

I finally walked far enough up the road to find the entrance to this place.  Call me morbid, but I love cemeteries.
